At NextByte Limited, we offer a 30-day limited warranty on all products that have been tested, repaired, or refurbished by us. This warranty ensures that your item is free from defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
A. What is Covered
Defects in the product that arise due to issues directly related to our repair, testing, or refurbishment work.
Products that fail to operate as described in the product listing due to manufacturing or service-related faults.
B. What is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation, screen scratches).
Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence (e.g., dropping the product, water damage).
Any defect or failure unrelated to our repair, testing, or refurbishment processes.
Products that have been tampered with or modified after purchase.
🔹 3. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
A. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for defective items caused by our repairs, testing, or refurbishment work, and must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or malfunctioning, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery to initiate a return or warranty claim.
B. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number and details of the issue.
Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or malfunction, if applicable.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is found to be defective upon inspection. In this case, NextByte Limited will cover the return shipping costs.
C. Inspection & Approval
Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect the product to confirm the defect and determine whether it falls under our warranty coverage. We will notify you of the outcome and proceed with the appropriate remedy:
Repair: If the product is covered under warranty and repairable, we will fix the issue and return it to you at no additional cost.
Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will send you a like-for-like replacement product.
Refund: If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will issue a full refund.
🔹 4. Right to Refuse or Retract
NextByte Limited reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or warranty claim at our discretion, including in the following cases:
The product has been tampered with or modified by the customer.
The return or warranty claim is initiated outside the 30-day warranty period.
The item shows signs of abuse, misuse, or damage that is not related to our repair, testing, or refurbishment.

In addition to our Warranty & Returns Policy, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. Our policy is in no way intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which remains enforceable under New Zealand law.
